About the Role

Air IQ is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product/design team. This is a great opportunity for a fresher or early-career designer to work on real products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow their design skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into design solutions
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma




- Basic understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects (academic, freelance, or internship work is acceptable)

Positive to Have
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Understanding of user research methods and usability testing
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
- Internship experience in a product-based company

Qualifications
- B.Tech(Preferred)/Bachelor's/Master's degree/diploma in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
