Role Description
The Deputy Food and Beverage Manager at Park Elanza Hotels in Coimbatore is a full-time, in office role responsible for supporting the overall management of restaurant, bar, banqueting, and in-room dining operations. This role oversees day-to-day service delivery, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, quality, and presentation across all food and beverage outlets. The Deputy Manager assists in planning menus with the culinary team, monitoring inventory and purchasing,



and implementing cost-control measures. They supervise and schedule staff, provide ongoing training and performance feedback, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards. The role also involves handling guest feedback, coordinating special events and promotions, and working closely with the senior management team to drive revenue and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in food and beverage operations management, preferably in upscale or luxury hotels.
- Strong leadership, team supervision, and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in guest service, complaint handling, and maintaining high service standards across multiple outlets.
- Knowledge of menu planning, cost control, inventory management, and basic financial reporting for F&B; operations.
