Job Summary

The Business Development Franchise Manager is responsible for identifying franchise growth opportunities, recruiting new franchise partners, supporting existing franchisees, and ensuring the successful expansion and profitability of the franchise network. The role involves sales, relationship management, market analysis, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new franchise business opportunities.
- Recruit, evaluate, and onboard prospective franchisees.
- Conduct market research to identify potential expansion locations.
- Present franchise business models and investment opportunities to prospects.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with franchise partners.
- Support franchisees in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure successful franchise launches.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide business improvement recommendations.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts,



and expansion plans.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.

Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, franchise sales, or channel sales.
- Experience in retail garments franchises is an advantage.
