Roles & Responsibilities

* Lead and support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of HR and administrative activities.

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.

* Coordinate workforce planning with department heads to meet organizational staffing requirements.

* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.

* Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.





* Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS/database with complete accuracy and confidentiality.

* Administer attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee benefits.

* Handle statutory compliance related to EPF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations.

* Coordinate with EPFO, ESIC, and other government portals for registrations, updates, claims, and statutory filings.

* Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and maintain compliance documentation.

* Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and performance reviews.

* Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee learning initiatives.

* Manage employee compensation, perks administration, and salary benchmarking activities.
