We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Executive (SMO) with 2–3 years of experience in managing and growing social media channels for brands. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Meta Ads, content scheduling, social strategies, audience engagement, and performance tracking. This role involves building a brand's online presence from scratch and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media strategies to establish and grow brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and others.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and content planning using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), including A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform – graphics, captions, reels, stories, carousels, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance using insights and analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.




- Research and implement growth hacks and social trends to boost follower count and brand engagement.
- Interact with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content with overall brand goals.
- Strategically plan and launch social media campaigns for new product/service launches and business initiatives.

Required Skills:
- In-depth understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and ad campaign structures
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Solid copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Awareness of current social trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
- Creativity, consistency, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
