A quick-evolving player in the D2C Cosmetic & Beauty Tech sector, we’re building bold, digitally native brands that resonate with Gen-Z and millennial consumers across India. We blend data-driven storytelling, community-led growth, and performance creative to turn social buzz into revenue—scaling brands through TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with precision and flair.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and execute high-engagement short-form video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to drive product awareness and conversion.
- Manage day-to-day social media publishing, community moderation, and real-time engagement across D2C beauty brand accounts.
- Track platform KPIs (views, saves, shares, CTR, conversion lift) and optimize content calendar based on performance data and trend cycles.
- Collaborate with Creative & Product teams to translate new launches, bundles, and promos into scroll-stopping social narratives.
- Identify and onboard nano/micro-influencers for UGC campaigns, track ROI,



and report on influencer-driven traffic and sales attribution.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, trending audio, hashtag strategies, and competitor moves — turning insights into tactical wins.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

- Beauty or Cosmetic Industry Experience
- Basic Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot)
- Knowledge of D2C E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho)
