Role Summary / Purpose:

Supports the deployment of Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Platform (SLP) across 62 countries, driving coordinated change management and project delivery activities impacting employees and ~50k suppliers. Works closely with change and project leads to execute strategies that minimise business disruption, ensure cutover and readiness activities are delivered to plan, and enable seamless supplier onboarding and business adoption. Responsible for tracking integrated plans, managing crossworkstream dependencies, driving governance and reporting, and ensuring actions, risks, and decisions are effectively managed through deployment and hyper care phases

Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:
- Support change manager and project manager in deployment of Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Platform (SLP) across 62 countries, which impacts employees and ~50k vendors




- Execute change management strategies and approaches in coordination with project team to help minimize business disruptions across the 62 countries
- Maintain the deployment schedule and track activities/owners/dates against the ADO plan
- Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies (cutover, data migration/cleansing, integration, training) and chase open items to closure
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, capture decisions/actions/owners, and track them to completion
- Consolidate inputs for weekly status and steerco summaries (per-workstream RAG, top risks, open decisions)
- Support cutover and hyper care planning task lists, owner assignment, readiness check tracking
- Coordinate supplier onboarding/enablement readiness activities (registration, qualification, Business Network linkage)
- Monitor the impact of changes on impacted stakeholders and use identified metrics to assess effectiveness of change interventions
