Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading end-to-end hiring activities across the organization. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning,



job requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for various functions. The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner closely with business leaders and HR to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and ensure a strong pipeline of diverse, qualified talent. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment channels, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves strengthening employer branding, optimizing recruitment processes, and using data insights to improve hiring quality and speed.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes preferably in a Solar company.
