Key Responsibilities
- Core HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage employee onboarding, including issuing offer letters, UAN creation, and ESI registration.
- Maintain employee records and coordinate insurance enrollments, renewals, and claims.
- Manage employee exits, including Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
- Compensation, Performance & Strategy
- Calculate and process monthly TADA reimbursements.
- Track monthly and quarterly KPIs and support performance appraisal cycles.
- Maintain ESOP records, allocations, and vesting schedules.
- Statutory & Corporate Compliance
- Ensure HR processes comply with statutory requirements and the Companies Act.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Customer Experience (CRM Management)




- Manage customer interactions and support through BiteSpeed CRM.
- Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and inbound calls.
