We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional from the Hospitality, Hotels, or Club industry to lead customer relationship management and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing high-value customers, resolving customer concerns, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring world-class service standards.

This role requires a service-oriented leader with excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills who can enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and premium customers.

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a superior guest experience across all touchpoints.

Handle customer queries, concerns, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and timely resolution.

Develop customer engagement and retention initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.





Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous service improvement initiatives.

Maintain high standards of hospitality, customer care, and operational excellence

Ensure adherence to organizational service protocols and quality standards.

Manage VIP guests and key customer interactions while ensuring personalized service experiences.

Prepare customer service reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Customer Management, Customer Handling, or Guest Relations.

Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Luxury Hotels, Resorts, Clubs, or Premium Service Industry is mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-value customer relationships and resolve customer issues effectively.

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
