Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our tourist agency. The ideal candidate will contact potential and existing customers, explain our travel packages, answer inquiries, generate leads, and help convert inquiries into bookings while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to promote domestic and international tour packages.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Explain travel itineraries, pricing, offers, and package details.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM or database.




Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth booking processes.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Stay updated on travel destinations, seasonal offers, and company promotions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or the travel industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Fluency in English and regional languages is preferred.
