Role Description
The Customer Support Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.



The individual in this role will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, and online channels, addressing queries related to app usage, society management features, and service requests. Tasks include resolving issues, tracking and escalating technical problems to the appropriate teams, and ensuring timely follow-up until closure. The role involves documenting interactions, updating tickets in the support system, and providing clear guidance to customers to improve their overall platform experience. The executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction, contribute to process improvements, and may support training or FAQs to reduce recurring issues.
