Practice Areas

The firm primarily handles a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including:
- Civil Litigation
- Commercial & Business Litigation
- Arbitration
- Consumer Disputes
- Real Estate Litigation
- RERA Matters
- NCLT & Insolvency Proceedings

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for a committed litigation professional who possesses:
- Minimum
1 year of core litigation experience
.
- A
5-year integrated LL.B. degree
from a reputed Tier-1 law school or university.
- LL.M. in Business Laws
will be an added advantage.
- Robust drafting, legal research, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Practical exposure to appearances before courts, tribunals,



and quasi-judicial authorities.
- A genuine passion for building a long-term career in
core litigation
.

Work Requirements
- Full-time, on-site role.
- Exclusive engagement with the firm.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the
Gurugram office
and regularly appear before courts and tribunals.
