Role Description
The Cyber Security Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training programs covering core cybersecurity concepts and practical skills for learners at various levels.



Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, developing lab exercises, conducting classroom sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing structured feedback and mentoring. The trainer will stay current with emerging threats, tools, and best practices, and update the curriculum to align with industry standards and certification requirements. Collaboration with the academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with market needs and support learners in career readiness is also expected. This is a full time, on-site role based at Blitz Academy’s calicut campus.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including core principles, frameworks, and risk management practices.
