We are scaling, and we need an operations leader who can run multi-site project delivery like a machine.

The Role

You will own end-to-end project operations across all live sites in North India - P&L; accountability, delivery timelines, site teams, vendors, and client escalations. This is not a desk role.



You are the single point of accountability between the Director's office and every project site. Location: Noida or Ludhiana, with extensive site travel across North India. Reports to the Director.

What You Will Own
- Multi-site project delivery: simultaneous execution of MEP/EPC projects across Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, and surrounding states - on time, on budget, on spec.
- P&L; and cost control: project budgeting, billing cycles, WIP tracking, vendor negotiations, and margin protection on every job.
- Team leadership: project managers, site engineers, and supervisors - 100+ people across sites. Hiring, deployment, performance, and accountability.
- Planning and execution systems: project scheduling, resource allocation, procurement coordination, and MIS reporting to the Director.
- Client and consultant management: senior-level interface with client project heads, PMC consultants, and architects. Own escalations end-to-end.
