Role Overview:

The Senior Branding Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall branding strategy of Supersourcing as well as ensuring SuperInning clients get their desired deliverables and outcomes for their projects. This role will require a balance of creative vision and strategic thinking,



as well as the ability to lead a team to deliver results. You will work closely with founders, digital marketers, event planners, and external partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Supersourcings and its clients overall business objectives and long-term growth vision.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels, including social media, digital platforms, events, PR, and traditional media.
- Lead brand positioning and narrative-building efforts to establish Supersourcing as a trusted market leader in the global hiring ecosystem.
- Own and drive brand strategy for SuperInning (client’s brand consulting and marketing services vertical), ensuring clarity in positioning, value proposition, and market differentiation.
