Role Overview

We are hiring three Forward Deployed Engineers who can work at the intersection of software engineering, product implementation, and customer delivery.

You will work directly with customers and internal engineering teams to understand requirements, build integrations, customize product capabilities, deploy applications, and resolve technical issues in production environments.

This is a hands-on engineering role for candidates who are comfortable working across the stack, handling ambiguous requirements, and taking ownership of projects from discovery through deployment.

Responsibilities





• Work directly with customers to understand business requirements, technical constraints, and existing workflows.

• Design, build, and deploy customer-specific product implementations and integrations.

• Develop and maintain desktop applications using Electron.

• Build responsive, production-grade web applications using Next.js.

• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations using .NET.

• Design and manage relational data models using PostgreSQL.

• Implement caching, queues, session management, and other high-performance workflows using Redis.

• Integrate FuturixAI products with customer systems, internal tools, and third-party platforms.

• Debug application, infrastructure, integration, and production issues.

• Translate ambiguous customer requirements into transparent technical specifications and working solutions.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, deployment, and business teams.
