Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing clients to ensure strong engagement
- Identify explicit needs and uncover hidden pain points to offer deeper solutions
- Prepare and submit customized proposals based on client requirements
- Resolve technical queries promptly to build engineering credibility
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry to deal closure
- Review quotations and negotiate contracts for win-win outcomes
- Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of blowers and industrial equipment
- Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Solution-based selling approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Sheets
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
