Job Description
Customer Service:

Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about product features,

pricing, and availability.

Provide product demonstrations, if applicable.

Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating them to management if

necessary.

Sales
Actively promote store products and services to meet and exceed sales goals.

Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Stay informed about current promotions and discounts to communicate with customers

effectively.

Process sales transactions at the register, including handling cash, credit, and other forms of

payment.

Merchandising & Inventory
Assist in stocking shelves and organizing product displays.

Ensure that merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively.

Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items need to be reordered.

Assist in periodic inventory counts as needed.

Store Maintenance
Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized.





Ensure aisles and displays are free from clutter and hazards.

Report any store maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Teamwork
Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive work environment.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Other Duties
Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support store operations.

Key Qualifications
High School (10+2) / Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
1-3 years of work experience in Sales from Retail CDIT (Industry preferred)

Preferred Work Experience of Selling Electronic products Such as- Mobile Phones,

Laptops-Mac Books, Accessories, ENT- (OLED TVs, Home Theatres Soundbars, Gaming

Consoles, Streaming devices), Imaging- DSLR Cameras, Home Appliances Large & Small.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays
