Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tamil Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil and have strong communication skills in English. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in Tamil and English.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and assist with offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.




- Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring status regularly.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 01 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with candidates.
