Key Responsibilities:-
- Provide in office technical support for Network, IT Infrastructure, Audio-Visual (AV), CCTV, Public Address (PA), and Video Conferencing systems deployed at client locations.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, access points, and network cabling.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BSNL network connectivity issues, including MPLS, ILL, Broadband, FTTH, and VPN connections.
- Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and surveillance systems.
- Support and maintain PA systems, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, and related audio equipment.
- Install and troubleshoot Audio-Visual equipment, including displays, projectors, PTZ cameras, webcams, microphones, and video conferencing solutions.
- Coordinate with BSNL and OEM support teams for fault reporting and issue resolution.
- Attend service calls, diagnose faults, and ensure timely restoration of services.
- Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance activities as per schedule.
- Maintain asset records,



service reports, installation reports, and maintenance logs.
- Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager and OEM support teams whenever required.
- Provide end-user support and basic training on installed systems.
- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Skills:-
- Basic knowledge of Computer Networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, VLAN).
- Understanding of network devices such as switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of structured cabling and network troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of BSNL connectivity services such as MPLS, Broadband, FTTH, and Leased Lines.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Audio-Visual systems, including displays, projectors, webcams, microphones, and conferencing devices.
