Job Description:
Vista's Learning is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Voice Process) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Kannada and be passionate about interacting with customers over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company services and generate leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into admissions/sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.
Requirements:
- Kannada language is mandatory.
- PUC / Any Graduate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
