About the Role

We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Executive with prior experience working in a hospital

environment. The ideal candidate should have successfully recruited doctors and other clinical staff

and be comfortable managing end to end hiring for a fast growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠End to end recruitment of doctors, specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.

•⁠ ⁠Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and healthcare networks.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate interviews, credential verification, offer rollout, and onboarding.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent.





•⁠ ⁠Work closely with leadership to meet hiring timelines.

•⁠ ⁠Support HR operations and employee documentation.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience recruiting doctors and clinical staff.

•⁠ ⁠Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Based in Gurgaon or willing to work from our Gurgaon office.
