We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our digital presence. The role involves planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including posts, stories, reels, comments, and DMs.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content and campaigns.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign planning and execution.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.




- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
- Experience with social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Good content sense with basic knowledge of design tools like Canva (or similar).
- Strong communication skills and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

- Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
