Role Description

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support client onboarding, transaction processing, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational activities of the wealth management business.

• Process client onboarding and account opening requests.

• Verify and maintain KYC and other client documentation.

• Execute and track investment transactions.

• Ensure timely resolution of operational queries.

• Coordinate with clients, AMCs, brokers, and product partners.





• Prepare portfolio reports, operational MIS and assist the research team

• Maintain accurate client records and databases.

• Assist in allied services

• Support compliance and audit requirements.

• Maintain records of investment products, fund documents, and research materials.

• Assist in organizing events.

Qualifications
- Effective English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related
- Prior experience in operations within wealth management, mutual funds, insurance, or banking is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive communication and coordination abilities
