Position: Guest Relations Officer (Receptionist)

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and skilled manner, and guide them to the appropriate department or service.
- Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing accurate information and directing calls to the relevant departments.
- Maintain a positive patient experience by addressing queries, offering assistance, and escalating concerns to the appropriate authority when required.
- Provide information about hospital services, departments, doctors, and available facilities.
- Ensure patient details are registered accurately in the hospital management system in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.
- Verify insurance details and assist patients with insurance-related documentation as per hospital policies.




- Support bed allocation and admission processes in coordination with the nursing and admission teams.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and transport services to ensure patient comfort and operational efficiency.
- Maintain departmental records, files, and front office documents accurately.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to hospital policies, patient confidentiality standards, and customer service protocols.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager or department head.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-5 years of experience in hospital / healthcare / hospitality customer service preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered.
