Role Description
The Learning and Development Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for assessing training needs across the organization,



designing and delivering learning programs for pharmacy and retail staff, and managing learning initiatives that support service quality and customer-focused culture. The Specialist will create instructional materials, facilitate classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and coordinate e-learning content within the company’s learning systems. Daily activities include partnering with managers to identify skill gaps, coaching team members, tracking training completion and effectiveness, and maintaining accurate training records and reports. The role also involves continuous improvement of learning programs, aligning training with business goals, and supporting employee onboarding and career development.
