Marketing and Branding Manager

Location: Anna Nagar, Madurai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing and Branding Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive student admissions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital marketing, branding, lead generation, field marketing, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Lead and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through digital, field, and referral marketing.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and industry partners.
- Organize seminars, workshops, education fairs, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Manage social media marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Counselling teams to improve lead conversions.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Business Development.
- Experience in the Education/Training industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Lead Generation.
- Ability to lead a team and work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for marketing and business development activities.
