Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role based in New Delhi.



The Career Counselor will engage with students and families to understand academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations, and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, guiding students through application timelines, documentation requirements, and entrance exam or eligibility criteria. The role involves explaining admission processes, financial aspects, and scholarship opportunities in a transparent and transparent manner, while maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress. The Career Counselor will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate application submissions, support visa and pre-departure processes, and participate in seminars, workshops, and outreach activities to promote Alpha EduWorld’s services.
