- Calling customers who abandoned their carts.
- Following up on COD confirmation calls.
- Converting Instagram and WhatsApp inquiries into orders.
- Recommending products based on the customer’s preferences.
- Upselling matching dupattas, bottoms, or accessories.
- Following up with previous customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Confirming addresses to reduce RTOs.
