Role Description
This is a full-time, in office AutoCAD Designer role located in Chandigarh. The AutoCAD Designer will create and refine architectural and construction drawings, ensuring accurate representation of design concepts and compliance with project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed floor plans, elevations, and layouts, performing space planning to optimize functionality, and updating drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating with designers, architects, and other team members, maintaining organized project files, and meeting deadlines for deliverables.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings to produce precise and compliant design documentation.
- Candidates should possess Drawing and Space Planning skills to translate concepts into practical layouts and efficient use of space.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clearly present design ideas and revisions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software, with the ability to work with 2D drawings and basic 3D views.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret technical information, and consistency in producing high-quality drawings.
- Experience working on commercial or office space projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage multiple tasks, and meet project timelines.
