We are looking for curious, observant, and research-driven interns to join us as
Content Intelligence Interns.
In this role, you will research real consumer problems related to household and environmental odours by studying public online conversations, reviews, forums, social media posts, and other publicly available sources. Your findings will help shape product positioning, marketing content, customer communication, and future business opportunities.
This internship is suitable for students who enjoy understanding consumer behavior, identifying patterns, conducting structured online research, and turning scattered information into useful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Research public platforms to identify real consumer odor problems and the exact language customers use to describe them.
- Record findings in a structured consumer problem database, including accurate source links.
- Evaluate and score consumer problems using an internal validation scorecard.
- Identify recurring complaints, unmet needs, behavioral patterns, and high-potential use cases.
- Recommend content ideas and prepare short content briefs based on research findings.
- Review assigned consumer problem categories and complete daily research targets.
- Submit concise daily summaries and structured weekly reports.
- Present the top consumer problems and content opportunities identified during the week.
