Role Description

The Site Co-ordinator will oversee day-to-day activities at project sites in Vadodara, ensuring that architectural and interior design plans are executed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients, monitoring work progress, and reporting site status to the design team. The role involves checking quality of materials and workmanship, resolving on-site issues,



and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines. The Site Co-ordinator will also manage site documentation, including daily logs, measurements, and photos, and support the design team with on-ground feedback for improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.

Qualifications
- Solid coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple site activities and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings, with basic technical understanding of construction processes.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal design teams.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, site reporting apps); familiarity with CAD or project management software is an advantage.
