Technical Product Executive
to coordinate with our external software development company and drive continuous improvements across our website, mobile apps, and internal admin systems.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Technology Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between Bizlo and the external software development company.
- Gather business requirements from the CEO and internal departments.
- Convert business requirements into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specifications, and workflow documents.
- Prioritize bugs, feature requests, and product enhancements.
Project Management
- Track the progress of all development activities.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Follow up on pending developments and escalations.
- Maintain product roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules.
- Prepare weekly status reports for management.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before every release.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with screenshots and videos.
- Verify bug fixes before production deployment.
- Ensure new releases meet business requirements and quality standards.
Product Improvement
- Analyze buyer, seller, and internal user feedback.
- Recommend UI/UX and process improvements.
- Coordinate enhancements across:
- Website
- Buyer App
- Seller App
- Admin Panel
- Internal Operations Dashboard
