Role Description
The Performance Analyst is a role based in Chennai, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Performance measurement across digital channels, analyzing campaign data, website metrics, and revenue-related KPIs to generate actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data, building reports and dashboards, assisting in financial and performance modeling, and identifying trends that inform optimization strategies. The role also involves collaborating with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to present findings clearly, contribute to testing hypotheses, and support the continuous improvement of client engagement systems.

- Candidates should possess strong Performance Analysis and Data Analytics skills to evaluate digital campaigns and business outcomes.
