Role Description
The Bakery Intern will work full time on-site in Navi Mumbai, supporting daily production in the bakery. Responsibilities include assisting with mixing, shaping, and baking bread and cookies, preparing ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen. The role involves helping with basic food preparation, organizing mise en place, and supporting the baking team during service hours. The intern will learn and follow recipes, operate bakery equipment under supervision,



and contribute to consistent product quality and presentation.

Qualifications
- Foundational skills and interest in bakery operations, including Bakery and Baking.
- Hands-on experience or training in Food Preparation and working in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Ability to prepare and handle baked goods such as Cookies and Bread with attention to detail and quality.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices; ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good time management, reliability, and readiness to work early mornings, weekends, and peak hours as needed.
- Formal culinary or bakery education, internship experience, or relevant coursework is an advantage but not mandatory.
