Role Description
The Senior Manager Learning and Development is a full time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies and programs that support organizational capability building and employee growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, creating learning curricula, coordinating workshops and e-learning initiatives,



and collaborating with business leaders to align L&D; programs with strategic objectives. The role also involves overseeing training delivery, evaluating learning effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and continuously improving content and methods based on performance data. The Senior Manager will lead or support an L&D; team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure learning initiatives are inclusive, scalable, and compliant with organizational policies.
