Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute maritime assignments.
- Plan and schedule operational activities.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and agents.
- Handle documentation and operational records.
- Coordinate travel, visa, and logistics requirements.
- Track ongoing assignments and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational data.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution.
- Support business development and client engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Eligibility




- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
