1. Develop cloud adoption plans, architecture blueprints, and governance frameworks.
2. Lead migration from on-premises to AWS, including application re-architecture and data transfer.
3. Oversee the overall migration strategy including but not limited to data migration, AD migration, security controls, - replication strategy, RTO/RPO adherence, migration status, cost optimization etc.
4. Collaborate within the teams to Implement security controls, identity management, and ensure compliance with standards as per Aviva's requirements.
Must Have skills:
1. Strong understanding of all AWS services, Solid knowledge of networking and security principles.
2. IaC scripts, ability to design highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable architectures using AWS Well-Architected Framework.
