Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic enhancements, nail art, and spa-level treatments.
- Deliver consistent, exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and relaxing experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with salon and state board standards.
- Stay current with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques to offer guests innovative services.
- Recommend and sell retail products to meet or exceed personal and team retail goals.
- Accurately schedule, rebook, and confirm guest appointments as needed.
- Build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and referrals.




- Participate in ongoing education and team meetings to contribute to the salon’s elevated culture and standards.
- Adhere to all salon policies, protocols, and safety procedures. Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the salon and spa.

Qualifications
- Valid state Nail Technician or Cosmetology license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-end or fast-paced salon workplace preferred.
- Skilled in gel polish, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Passion for learning, teamwork, and elevating the guest experience.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
