We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support, along with good communication and typing skills. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Achieve assigned call and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.




- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Undergraduate (as applicable).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
- Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
