Role Purpose

To build and grow the People Consulting practice by partnering with GCC (Global Capability Center) clients and enterprise organizations on HR transformation, Total Rewards, organization design, talent strategy, HR operations, and people advisory engagements.

The role will drive both business development and consulting delivery while establishing Embark as a trusted HR consulting partner.

Key Responsibilities

HR Consulting & Advisory
- Lead end-to-end HR consulting engagements for GCCs and multinational organizations.
- Advise clients on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and HR operating models.
- Conduct HR diagnostics, maturity assessments, and transformation studies.
- Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and stakeholder discussions.

Total Rewards Consulting
- Design and review compensation structures, salary frameworks, and job architecture.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market intelligence studies.




- Advise clients on pay philosophy, variable pay, incentives, and retention programs.
- Design employee perks and rewards strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Support GCC clients in building competitive employee value propositions (EVP).

Business Development
- Build consulting pipeline through networking, client relationships, and market outreach.
- Identify opportunities across HR consulting, Total Rewards, Talent Solutions, and Managed Services.
- Develop proposals, solution presentations, and commercial models.
- Participate in client pitches and business development meetings.
- Achieve consulting revenue and profitability targets.

Project Delivery & Practice Building
- Manage multiple consulting engagements simultaneously.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Develop consulting methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks.
