Job Summary - Assistant Manager - HR will be responsible for driving Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, OD/OE initiatives, Talent Management, and HR MIS processes to strengthen organizational capability and employee experience. The role will focus on implementing training and development programs, engagement initiatives, talent development frameworks, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness interventions while ensuring timely reporting and data-driven decision-making. The incumbent will partner with business leaders to enhance workforce productivity, employee engagement, talent retention, and overall organizational effectiveness in alignment with business and strategic HR objectives.

1. Learning & Development (Safety / Functional / Behavioural / System SOP)
- Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and prepare the Annual Training Calendar covering Safety, Functional, Behavioural, and System/SOP training requirements.
- Achieve targeted Training Effectiveness Scores through post-training assessments, feedback analysis,



and impact measurement.
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory, safety, SOP, and mandatory training requirements across all employee categories.
- Drive employee participation in digital learning platforms and competency development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
- Monitor training KPIs including training man-days, learning hours, certification completion, ROI, and monthly training MIS reporting.

2. Employee Engagement
- Prepare and execute the Annual Employee Engagement Calendar, including corporate initiatives, unit-specific programs, cultural events, sports activities, and employee connect sessions.
- Improve the Employee Engagement Index through focused engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
- Achieve targeted employee participation rates across all engagement activities and campaigns.
