Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a BPO Executive at Nexorith IT Solutions. The BPO Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous responses. Responsibilities include processing customer requests, updating records in internal systems,



and following defined workflows and scripts while maintaining service quality. The role also involves resolving basic issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams, and meeting targets related to productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The BPO Executive will collaborate with supervisors and colleagues, participate in training sessions, and contribute feedback to improve processes and customer experiences.
