Role & responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end inventory operations across the warehouse.

* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

* Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.

* Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.

* Analyze inventory reports and identify slow-moving, non-moving, and excess stock.

* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth inventory flow.

* Monitor inward and outward material movement and ensure proper documentation.

* Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and MIS reports.

* Optimize warehouse storage and inventory handling processes.

* Ensure compliance with company policies,



safety standards, and inventory control procedures.

* Lead and guide warehouse and inventory staff to achieve operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 18 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain.

* Experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or warehouse operations is preferred.

* Knowledge of inventory control processes, warehouse management, and stock reconciliation.

* Experience in leading warehouse or inventory teams is an added advantage.
