Scriptwriter for Videos

We are looking for a script-first creative writer who understands how modern video content is created in the AI era.

This role is for someone who can write engaging, platform-native video scripts while also understanding the practical realities of AI production workflows. The ideal candidate should know what works creatively, what is feasible with current AI tools, and how to structure scripts that translate efficiently into AI-generated video content.

We are looking for someone who understands hooks, retention, pacing, conversational storytelling, and short-form video culture - especially in UGC-style formats.

The ideal candidate should have experience writing scripts for digital video content, performance marketing, social media campaigns, creator-led videos, or branded content. Experience working with AI-driven content production is a robust advantage.

Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or video-first creative roles
- Experience writing for short-form video platforms and digital content is preferred




- Strong experience in writing engaging English and Hindi video scripts.

Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging scripts for short-form video content across multiple formats and tones
- Develop UGC-style scripts designed for high engagement and retention
- Understand platform-specific storytelling for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok-style content, and performance marketing creatives
- Collaborate with AI creators, editors, strategists, and creative teams
- Structure scripts that are practical and efficient for AI video production workflows
- Adapt scripts based on AI production feasibility, visual limitations, and workflow constraints
- Create multiple variations of hooks, openings, and storytelling formats
- Stay updated with evolving AI content trends, creator formats, and audience behavior
