Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role based in Viramgam. The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. Responsibilities include posting job openings, maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. The role involves collaborating with HR and department leaders to understand workforce needs,



supporting onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and reports. The recruiter will also help strengthen employer branding and ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and applicable laws.
