Role & responsibilities
- Develop and improve formulations for detergents, laundry powders, liquid detergents, dishwash liquids & bars, Laundary Soaps.
- Conduct laboratory trials, pilot batches, and scale-up activities before commercial production.
- Evaluate new raw materials, fragrances, enzymes, surfactants, additives, and packaging materials.
- Optimize formulations to improve product performance while reducing manufacturing costs.
- Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues in coordination with the production team.
- Ensure all products comply with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform stability studies, compatibility testing, and product performance evaluations.
- Prepare formulation sheets, batch records, technical specifications, SOPs, and R&D; documentation.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control department to maintain product consistency and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure protected laboratory practices.
