Job Title: Tender Executive

Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Work Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities for electrical projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing technical and commercial bids, handling e-procurement portals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities through Government and private e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams for required documentation.
- Prepare cost estimations, BOQ analysis, and bid documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, statutory regulations, and company policies.




- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and supporting documents.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government departments for tender-related clarifications.
- Support contract finalization, purchase orders, and post-award documentation.
- Track bid results and maintain a database for future reference.

Required Skills
- Experience in Government and Private Tendering.
- Hands-on experience with e-tendering portals such as GeM, CPP Portal, State e-Procurement, etc.
- Strong knowledge of electrical projects, substations, transmission & distribution (T&D;), solar, or EPC projects.
- Ability to understand electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and bid documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and time management abilities.
