ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a energetic and results-oriented Relationship Manager for the Bancassurance Channel. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving life insurance business through designated bank branches by establishing strong relationships with bank partners, managing customer interactions, and achieving business targets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. **Bank Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned bank branches.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and bank staff.
- Develop solid business partnerships.

2. **Insurance Sales & Business Development**
- Generate insurance business through leads from bank customers.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.




- Meet and exceed sales targets.

3. **Lead Management**
- Follow up on leads generated through bank branches.
- Convert prospects into policyholders.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.

4. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Conduct financial needs analysis.
- Provide product information and support.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience.

5. **Training & Support**
- Train and motivate bank employees regarding insurance products.
- Conduct product awareness sessions.

6. **Compliance & Documentation**
- Adhere to IRDAI guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ethical sales practices.
